This handsome grey colt is a son of our 15 hand mare Gracelyn and the dark red dun stallion, SOS Rurik, who is now a breeding stallion in Canada. Kallan is medium in type with a nice dark shade of grey, a harmonious balance of parts with nice movement, he carries red, and should mature 14.2 hands plus. I’m looking forward to breeding him to our mares that could benefit from his height, shorter coupling, nice head, and pleasing movement.
I’ve loved the foals from Rurik, and Gracelyn’s daughters in our herd are wonderful mares, so keeping a son of Gracelyn to spread more of these genes among the offspring of our unrelated mares makes a lot of sense for our breeding goals.
